I found this dog limping along the road with a snare around his paw. Veto had disappeared on Halloween night and when we finally find out his owner, he had spend 6 days out in the bush. By then, his paw was frozen to a solid block of ice. In the following weeks, the skin between the dog's paw began to separate. After another week it just fell off.Kevin Barr- his owner approached me to make Veto a artificial leg. Here are the results !
